2. 50 percent Refund for Cancellation between 24 and 72 Hours
If you cancel your booking 24 to 72 hours before the event start time, you will receive a 50 percent refund of the total amount paid as GoCash.
3. No Refund for No Show
If you do not attend the event without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
4. Organizer Cancellation
If the event is canceled by us due to weather, operational concerns, or not meeting the minimum participant requirement, you will be eligible for a 100 percent refund or a free reschedule based on your preference.
Safety Information
Trek leader will brief participants before the start of the trek.
Participants must follow the designated trail and stay with the group.
No overtaking the trek leader on steep or rocky sections.
Hydration break every 20–30 minutes to avoid fatigue.
In case of dizziness, breathlessness, or discomfort, inform trek leader immediately.
No alcohol or intoxicants allowed before or during the trek.
Proper footwear is mandatory to prevent slips and injuries.
Avoid going near cliff edges or taking risky photos.
In case of rain or unsafe conditions, trek route may be adjusted for safety.
Emergency contact number of trek leader to be shared with all participants.
