Refund tiers are measured from your experience start time, not from when you booked.
Refund options by timing
Cancel more than 72 hours before start
- Bank: 90% bank refund in 5–7 working days.
- GoCash: 100% instant GoCash, credited to your wallet right away Recommended
Cancel 48–72 hours before start
- Bank: 50% refund within 5–7 working days.
- GoCash: 60% instant GoCash.
Cancel less than 48 hours before start
- Bank: No bank refund available.
- GoCash only: 10% GoCash credit that appears instantly in your wallet.
GoCash is valid for 90 days and usable across all eligible GoWeekends experiences.
Tickets may be transferred to another person before the event; no cancellation needed.
Operational charges apply on all cancellations to cover facilitator and venue costs.
Most GoWeekends users choose GoCash for instant refunds and added value.
