Republic day Bike Ride Experience

This Republic Day Group Bike Ride is created for riders who enjoy long rides with proper structure, coordination, and a strong focus on responsible riding culture. The experience follows a fixed group riding format led by experienced ride leaders, including a lead rider, marshals, and a sweep rider, ensuring safety, discipline, and smooth movement throughout the journey. This ride is organized in collaboration with ONE (ODISHA Nomadic Ethnos). The ride begins from CCD Front at Sandy’s Tower near Xavier Square and takes riders along one of Odisha’s most scenic coastal routes. The journey passes through the Puri to Konark Marine Drive, offering stunning sea views, open roads, and refreshing morning air. Riders will pass through peaceful stretches such as Ramachandi and Balukhand known for their natural beauty. The destination for this ride is Wild Dunes, Konark located in Balukhand, Odisha. This coastal location provides a perfect setting to relax after the ride, soak in the views, and enjoy a well deserved breakfast buffet. The route has been carefully planned to ensure smooth cruising roads suitable for group riding while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable pace. A planned mid ride pit stop will be taken along the way to allow riders to regroup, hydrate, and rest briefly before continuing toward the destination. The complete route map and rider lineup will be shared with all participants prior to the ride day. The ride follows a strict schedule to maintain safety and coordination. Reporting time is 6:30 AM sharp, followed by a mandatory ride briefing at 6:50 AM. The group will be flagged off at 7:30 AM. Arrival at Wild Dunes, Konark is expected by 10:00 AM with a relaxed breakfast halt of approximately 30 minutes. The return journey is planned to conclude by 1:30 PM. Late arrivals will not be accommodated as the ride will roll out immediately after the briefing. Throughout the ride, a cruising speed of 60 to 70 kilometers per hour will be maintained. All riders must follow the fixed group riding formation at all times. The lead rider will set the pace and direction, marshals will manage spacing and rider discipline, and the sweep rider will ensure no participant is left behind. Overtaking within the group is not permitted unless instructed by the ride leadership. This experience is ideal for solo riders as well as groups of friends who want to enjoy scenic coastal roads, meet fellow riders, and take a refreshing break from routine while riding safely and responsibly.

• Pre ride briefing is mandatory • Follow instructions from the Ride Captain and marshals • Maintain group riding formation at all times • No racing, stunts, or rash riding • Respect fellow riders and pillions • Report any discomfort or mechanical issues immediately •Participation in this ride is voluntary and at the rider’s own risk. •The organisers and the riding community shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss, or damage caused due to rider negligence, overspeeding, mechanical failure, or violation of traffic rules. •This is not a brand sponsored ride. All motorcycles are welcome. •Riders must strictly follow instructions given by the Ride Captain, Lead, Sweep, and Marshals regarding route, halts, and riding discipline. •By participating, riders acknowledge that they are physically fit to ride and accept full responsibility for their actions during the ride.
